SOPHROLOGY
This method was created in 1960, in Spain, by Alfonso Caycedo, a neuropsychiatrist.
After having used the usual therapies of the time, he wondered about the need to modify the state of consciousness of his patients to treat their various pathologies.
He is inspired by hypnosis and phenomenology but also by oriental techniques such as Yoga, Zen or Tummo and sets up a methodology aimed at harmonizing consciousness.
