WHO AM I? 

We all suffer from the same issue: the human condition.

My journey as a psychotherapist is no exception to this rule. I had several lives in one, other professional paths before choosing (or being chosen) by the one that I consider identity and definitive:  accompanying other human beings who, like me, have sometimes need to understand, deepen, analyze, free oneself from the constraints of the past, move forward. 

I have been supporting, for several years now, adolescents, young adults, adults and couples in therapy, in sophrology,

and lately in Meditation for therapeutic purposes.

I am also a professional coach 

I speak and practice in 3 languages: Italian (my mother tongue), English and French.
