INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

COUPLE THERAPY

We all face, at one time or another, psychological difficulties. But it is not always possible to find in oneself or in one's entourage the resources required to overcome them. This is why it is better to turn to a professional. A psychotherapy consists of a series of talks with a therapist; its objective is to accompany you using specific methods set up by the therapist and adapted to your problem. It is a work on yourself and it requires sufficient motivation and involvement on your part to move forward on this path. The relationship that will be established between the therapist and the patient will be the foundation of the work

Couple therapy, like individual therapy, is a process that responds to the desire to leave suffering or to solve a problem.
The couple is now put to the test, we expect a lot. It carries the hopes of happiness and satisfaction at the same time as the requirements of success in different areas: sexuality, work, children, money...
Beyond the dream, the honeymoon of the first moments, difficulties may appear. couple therapy allows you to become aware of what is at stake in the relationship, to put words to the suffering, to restore healthy communication and to create the appropriate changes.

GROUP THERAPY

Throughout his life, man evolves within   groups (family, school, professional, friends).

Group therapy is a privileged place for self-exploration and learning new behaviors. It is played out and replayed there, identifications, transfers and counter-transfers, desires, impulses, relational links, unconscious behaviors...

Group therapy allows participants to check their relationship with others or to learn how to integrate into a group or to live socially.

It allows participants, over the course of the sessions, to identify their ways of relating to others, to improve their self-confidence and to others, to learn to integrate into groups and to live socially.

The methods of listening, reformulation, questioning and role-playing give the therapist the possibility of helping the expression of the participants and the overcoming of their inhibitions.

The members of a group can meet around the same issue or form a more heterogeneous group.

They can share their suffering, their fears of rejection, their need for affirmation, work on body image, adopt new eating habits, become autonomous and independent. The psychotherapist helps his patients to structure the image they have of themselves, in a positive and constructive vision.
